Composite Fillings
A composite or tooth colored filling is one of several materials commonly used to repair teeth that are chipped, cracked or decayed. It can be used for both back and front teeth. The material can be successfully used to repair front teeth where there are esthetic concerns.
Composite fillings can provide a reasonable alternative to silver fillings when there are esthetic considerations.
Tooth colored fillings may also be used to close spaces between teeth and to conceal stains or discolorations.
